WorldHost is a proven, world-class customer service programme that was used successfully at the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics to train 39,000 volunteers and tourism staff. WorldHost was awarded the London 2012 Inspire Mark in recognition of its contribution to the skills legacy and training programmes for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games where it was offered to tens of thousands of staff and contractors working at the Olympic and Paralympic venues.
